But US Still Ain't Budging [Guam] - Local and regional leaders are building an irrefutable case for at least $400 million in reimbursements to help Guam remediate the inevitable 'wear and tear' on public services caused in part by indigent migrants flowing into Guam from the Freely Associated States of Micronesia.
