 By Jeff Marchesseault GUAM - Acting Governor Mike Cruz is scheduled to approve a compensation and benefits adjustment package for employees of the Port Authority of Guam this afternoon. According to a media release just sent to Guam News Factor, a signing ceremony was set to begin at 2:30 p.m. at the Port in Piti. The Factor will soon post an update on the Port compensation package.
