By Michael Rudolph GUAM - As typhoon devastation in the Philippines continues, Senator Frank Aguon, Jr. commented that his Philippine relief efforts will continue "until everything we collect can be given to the communities in the Philippines most affected by recent storms." Typhoon Mirinae hit the Philippines on October 30th with the coastal province of Quezon receiving the brunt end of the recent storm. This is the fourth typhoon to hit the Philippines this season.
