Former Tenants Of This Sprawling Manhattan Village Set To Cash In Big

GUAM - According to the Wall Street Journal, New York attorney Alexander Schmidt is fielding calls from former tenants as far away as California and Guam to see if they qualify for some of the proceeds in a $215 million dollar judgment entered against the owners of Manhattan's Peter Cooper Village and Stuyvesant Town (Stuy Town).

If you have ever lived in Stuy Town then you may want to give Schmidt a call as some tenants may receive over $100,000 in back rent and damages.
