By Jeff Marchesseault GUAM - Nationally known veterans advocate Gerald "Jerry" Paulsen will soon be on island to help lead a 2009 Veterans Conference on November 18th at the University of Guam. According to an advertisement appearing in Wednesday's Pacific Daily News, the conference will include a seminar for entrepreneurial veterans called From Service To Success. According to the ad, the focus of the conference "is to educate and share with all veterans the latest in education benefits, veteran-related legislation, and personal and business resources." The conference is hosted by UOG and the Guam Small Business Development Center with partial funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development program.
