Guam Gets New EPA Regional Administrator

GUAM - The Obama Administration has appointed Jared Blumenfeld to be Regional Administrator for EPA's Region 9 as reported in a release from the Environmental Protection Agency.

The EPA's Region 9 "encompasses California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, the Pacific Islands, [sic] over 140 Tribal Nations" and Guam.
