Agat Vice Mayor Jesus Babauta Chaco GUAM - November 12, 2009 - After fighting his battle with cancer the past few months at St. Luke's Hospital in Manila, Agat Vice Mayor Jesus Babauta Chaco passed away this afternoon at Guam Memorial Hospital with his family and friends at his side. Vice Mayor Chaco died at the age of 63. He served as the Vice Mayor of Agat from January 6, 1997 to present. Chaco is survived by his wife Virginia and his children, Jesse, June, Jeffrey, and John Vincent. Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced at a later time. This news announcement was prepared from an official news release provided by the Mayor's Council of Guam.
