GUAM - GTA Teleguam is introducing a major upgrade to its relatively recent home television product, GUdTV (Guam Digital Television), to deliver what the streaming video industry calls a high Quality of Experience (QoE).

GTA Teleguam required a complete, integrated service assurance solution that would boost customer satisfaction for its GUdTV offering. Mariner will be participating in Cisco's TelcoTV Workshop, taking place today at the Orange County Convention Center from 9am to 12pm.
