11-24-09 @ 9:19 a.m. Storm Tracks Away From Guam
GUAM - Tropical Storm (TS) Nida (26W) is 430 miles form Guam according to the latest update from the National Weather Service (NWS) as of 8:00 a.m. (ChST). TS 26W is moving West-Northwest at 8 MPH. 26W is expected to turn more Northwest within the next twenty-four (24) hours bringing maximum sustained winds of 60 MPH and is expected to intensify.
The next scheduled advisory will be issued by NWS at 2:00 p.m.
